What is a Continuous Replenishment Program (CRP)?

Continuous replenishment program (CRP) is a business strategy that involves maintaining a constant flow of inventory to retailers or customers in order to reduce stockouts and improve product availability. The program is commonly used in the shipping and logistics industry to help manufacturers or suppliers meet the demands of their customers in a timely and efficient manner.

In a continuous replenishment program, inventory levels are monitored in real-time using automated systems that track sales data and inventory levels. When inventory levels fall below a certain threshold, orders are automatically generated to replenish the inventory. This helps to ensure that retailers or customers always have a sufficient supply of products on hand.
