  • Recording new shipment as per the pre-alert receiving from Customers

Warehouse Coordinator - DIC

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of warehouse operations by overseeing various administrative and coordination tasks. Your primary focus will be on managing inventory, coordinating shipments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels and conducting regular cycle counts. 
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and supplies. 
  • Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels. 
  • Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments. 
  • Inspect incoming materials and outgoing orders for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications. 
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and customer service, to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues or discrepancies. 
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance indicators. 
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures, promoting a culture of safety among warehouse personnel. 
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of warehouse management systems (WMS) or other software applications to optimize operations and data accuracy. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within warehouse operations. 
  • Train and provide guidance to warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and shipment of products. 

Requirements: 

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in a warehouse coordination or administrative role. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. 
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting. 
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required. 
Auto Electrician Mechanic - DIC

We at Al Sharqi Shipping Co LLC. Are looking for a skilled and experienced mechanical electrician to work on a variety of projects in the industry.  

 

The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical wiring, reading and understanding electrical schematics and installing and troubleshooting electrical equipment. He or she will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical equipment in the industry, including but not limited to motors, generators, lighting, and production machinery

 

Responsibilities 

  • Operate computers of Volvo trucks. 
  • Calibration of brakes/gears etc. 
  • Maintain the AC work of Volvo trucks 
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all types of electrical equipment and systems 
  • Automotive wiring+ low voltage Electric/electronic system troubleshooting (Mainly Volvo heavy trucks) 
  • Perform quality assurance tests on completed installations and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards 
  • Reading/understanding electric/electronic wiring diagrams and troubleshooting problems accordingly. 
  • Repairing automotive D/C circuit. 
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities 
  • Respond to emergency calls in a timely and efficient manner 
  • Assist other tradespeople when necessary 
  • Adhere to all safety regulations 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area 
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools 
  • Work independently or as part of a team 
  • Follow oral and written instructions 
  • Lift heavy objects 

Requirements: 

  • Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or related field 
  • Electrician license 
  • 1-3 years’ experience as an electrician 
  • Experience working with industrial machinery and equipment 
  • Any nationality preferred – the company will complete Visa formalities.
