Welder - AJMAN

We require a Welder mechanic for our Garage for Making Truck Trailers and maintenance of Trailer.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to weld trailers and build and repair truck trailers.
  • Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Prepare trailers and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
  • Preferred – 2 to 3 years of Trailer Welding experience.

Need to join as welder as soon as possible.

Custom Clearance Agent - Dubai

A well know Shipping & Logistics company is looking for a Customs Clearance Representative (for Outdoor) to clear the cargo from Jebel Ali port, DWC Airport, Al Aweer Customs and DAFA. All PRO related activates for Dubai Customs clearance.

This is not an office job and UAE light vehicle license is compulsory. Only apply if you have a valid UAE light vehicle license and are okay to work outdoors on field on different ports. Fluency in Arabic language, so that you can communicate with Customs officers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Knowledge of Land, Sea & Air Cargo Custom Clearance.
  • Arabic Language would have added advantage.
  • All Custom related PRO activities (For Both Dubai and Sharjah Customs)
  • Well versed with Jebel Ali port, DWC and Aweer Customs & Airport Free Zone cargo clearance.
  • Knowledge of different shipping lines in Dubai.
  • Perform general office or clerical work.
  • Day to day work depending on the company requirement.

Import Shipment Coordinator - AJMAN

We at Al Sharqi Shipping Co LLC. are looking for Import Shipment Coordinator, who is responsible for ensuring that all shipments are properly documented and meet all custom requirements. Position is Ajman based.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Record new shipments from customer pre-alerts.
  • Verify documents against the Bill of Lading (BL).
  • Inform customers of permit requirements.
  • Manage importation of food items, including Dubai Municipality registration.
  • Ensure customers have necessary Customs clearance documents.
  • Update customers on shipment status.
  • Coordinate payment with walk-in customers before processing shipments.
  • Calculate shipment costs and duties.
  • Collect original documents for Customs submission.
  • Prepare authorization letters for Delivery Orders (DO).
  • Arrange transportation and labor for offloading containers.
  • Invoice shipment charges and follow up on payment.
  • Verify payment receipt and close the file.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and email drafting.

Inventory Controller - AJMan

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Controller to manage and oversee our inventory control processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the inventory control processes within the warehouse
  • Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded the inventory management system
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile any discrepancies
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
  • Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures
  • Oversee the Pallet labeling, storage, and handling of all products in the warehouse
