What is Mileage Rate?

Mileage rates for logistics typically depend on the type of vehicle used, the distance travelled, and the amount of fuel used. Generally, the rates range from $0.50 to $2.00 per mile, with larger vehicles typically costing more.

Mileage rate for logistics is calculated by multiplying the total distance (in miles) by the applicable rate per mile. For example, if you have a vehicle that travels 200 miles and has a rate of $1.00 per mile, the total mileage rate would be $200.
