Bracing is a method of securing the cargo in its place to avoid any kind of damage when they are on the move. This technique is usually completed to minimize z-axis movement of the cargo; meaning up and down movement. 

By bracing the cargo, it won’t move from the pallets no matter how rough the terrain is. It helps in reducing the damage risk significantly.
