A double-deep rack is a type of storage system used in warehouses and distribution centers to maximize storage space. Double-deep racks feature two rows of pallets placed back-to-back, which allows for greater storage density than traditional pallet racks. Double-deep racks require specialized forklifts with longer forks to access the pallets in the rear row.
