On Time in Full (OTIF) is a measure of a company’s ability to deliver orders in a timely manner and with complete accuracy. It is a measure of efficiency and effectiveness in order fulfillment and customer service, and it is a key metric used to assess the performance of a company’s supply chain.
OTIF is typically measured by the percentage of orders delivered on time and in full relative to the total number of orders placed.
