What is Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM)?

Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) is a type of fulfillment model in which the seller or merchant is responsible for the entire fulfillment process of their orders, including packaging, shipping, and customer service.

With FBM, merchants list and sell their products directly on online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart or their own websites. The merchant oversees the entire process from listing their products, taking orders, and fulfilling them.
