What is deconsolidation?

Deconsolidation is the process of separating a consolidated shipment into individual shipments. It is commonly used for freight that needs to be routed to multiple locations or when the original shipment is too large or complex to be handled in its original form.

Deconsolidation allows the shipments to be broken down into smaller, more manageable pieces that can be shipped separately to their destination.
