Introducing Special RoRo Vessel Transportation - Locker Cargo

Locker, Deep Tank, and Cabin Cargo, often referred to simply as Locker Cargo, is a specialized category of cargo primarily transported on roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) vessels or ferries. This type of cargo is distinct from standard containerized or bulk cargo due to its unique characteristics and requirements.

Locker Cargo encompasses various types of cargo, including automobiles, trucks, buses, motorcycles, construction equipment, and other oversized or non-containerized items. These items are typically self-propelled or towed. In this case, RoRo vessels are designed to carry cargo that can be driven or rolled onto the ship, rather than lifted by cranes. This loading method simplifies the cargo handling process and reduces the need for specialized equipment.
