A waiver is not necessary. BSC / CTN is not required

The Kenyan Bureau of Standards (KEBS), has implemented a series of guidelines known as a Pre-Export Verification of Conformity to Standards Program (PVoC) to ensure the quality of products.

A Certificate of Conformity (CoC) will be issued to demonstrate that they meet the requirements of the applicable national standards or approved equivalents and technical regulations.

Kenya Bureau of Standards [KBS] has contracted 3-international companies – SGS, Intertek and Bureau Veritas to carry out this exercise.
