What does Return to Shipper status mean?
Return to Shipper status refers to a situation where a shipment is returned to the original shipper after an unsuccessful delivery attempt or when the recipient refuses to accept the shipment. Return to Shipper status can occur due to various reasons such as incorrect address, damaged shipment, or refused delivery. The carrier or logistics provider will typically attempt to deliver the shipment a few times before returning it to the shipper.
