What does Landed Duty Paid means?

Landed Duty Paid (LDP) is a shipping term used to indicate that the seller is responsible for all costs associated with transporting goods, including delivery to the final destination, customs duties, and taxes. Under LDP terms, the seller is responsible for all charges until the goods are delivered to the buyer’s premises. The buyer is not responsible for any additional charges beyond the agreed-upon price, including customs clearance fees or import taxes.
