What does FCA Unloaded refer to?

FCA (Free Carrier) is an Incoterm that specifies that the seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the carrier at a specified location. When FCA is used in the context of an unloaded shipment, it means that the seller is responsible for unloading the goods from the carrier’s vehicle or container at the agreed location. After the goods are unloaded, the buyer becomes responsible for any damage or loss that may occur.
