Handling of storage, processing, and shipping of products from businesses directly to end customers.

What do B2C 3PL fulfillment services include?

B2C 3PL (Business-to-Consumer Third-Party Logistics) fulfillment services refer to the outsourced management of the supply chain and logistics processes involved in delivering products directly to individual consumers on behalf of a business.

In this model, a business outsources its warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping operations to a third-party logistics provider (3PL) who handles these tasks on behalf of the business. The 3PL provider manages the entire supply chain process, from receiving orders to picking, packing, and shipping products to individual consumers.

The term “B2C” in B2C 3PL fulfillment services refers to the fact that the logistics provider is fulfilling orders directly to individual consumers on behalf of the business, rather than to other businesses or retailers.
