Classifying Goods Under Vulnerable Cargo

Vulnerable cargo describes goods facing a higher risk of damage, loss, theft, or spoilage during transportation and storage. These goods require extra care, attention, and often specialized handling to ensure their integrity and safety throughout their journey.

This classification includes various goods, such as perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, pharmaceuticals, or flowers), fragile goods (e.g., glassware or electronics), hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals or flammable substances), high-value items (e.g., luxury goods or electronics), and sensitive cargo (e.g., confidential documents or classified materials).
