Where are your warehouses located?

We have locations across the country in UAE, including in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman both inside the free zone and outside, to name a few. When you send inventory to Al Sharqi, you can expect to send inventory to around 3-5 different locations across the country.

Do you support returns?

At this time, we do not support buyer returns.
If a buyer returns items to Al Sharqi of their own accord, we will put the items in our unfulfillable inventory. Such items will not be put back into sellable inventory due to fraud concerns. We will then report to you about such returned items.

What kind of reports will we be able to get?

Ageing & Inventory reports
Transaction reports and documentation
Number of transactional reports determine price

Does Al Sharqi take care of my warehouse Inventory?
